Terms of participation

The service

WealthFlex is a public, pay-to-rank flex board. You buy public placement and a live profile ranked according to the Rules—not an investment, financial product, prize entry, charitable contribution, wealth verification, or endorsement. We do not promise a particular rank, duration, audience, traffic level, customer, revenue, or other result.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you act for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind them and permission to submit the profile content.

Payments and fulfillment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Dodo Payments processes checkout and may apply its own terms, privacy notice, taxes, and payment requirements. WealthFlex does not receive or store your full card number. A successful return to our site is not payment confirmation; placement begins only after a valid provider confirmation is received and processed.

Rank previews are estimates. Another payment may change the board while your checkout is open, and your final position is whatever your verified total supports when the payment is fulfilled.

Refunds and reversals

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed payments are final and non-refundable because the public digital service begins immediately. Being outranked, a daily-board reset, fewer views than expected, downtime, or removal for violating these Terms does not create a right to a refund. Refunds, disputes, reversals, or fraud may reduce a profile’s total and rank or remove it from the board.

To report an incorrect or unauthorized payment or request help with a payment, email wealthflex@proton.me with the payer email, payment date, amount, and payment or invoice ID. Do not send card numbers or security codes.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant WealthFlex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, and publicly display it as needed to operate, moderate, share, and promote the service. You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, non-deceptive, and does not infringe anyone’s rights.

Acceptable use and moderation

You may not use WealthFlex for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity; impersonation; malware or phishing; payment or chargeback abuse; artificial views; automated claims; scraping that burdens the service; bypassing safeguards or rate limits; or interfering with the service. We may reject, edit, hide, suspend, or remove content, profiles, payments, or access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, comply with law, or address legal, security, or reputational risk.

Third-party services

Payment processing, database and realtime infrastructure, hosting, storage, abuse prevention, and email delivery may be provided by third parties. Links and handles may lead to third-party destinations that WealthFlex does not control or endorse. Their terms, availability, content, and data practices are their responsibility.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may correct errors and change, pause, or discontinue features, prices, ranking rules, or the service. Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Terms in effect when a payment was completed govern that payment, unless a change is required by law or needed for safety or security.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthFlex disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Our total liability relating to a paid placement will not exceed the amount paid for that placement. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These Terms, the Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the checkout details form the agreement between you and WealthFlex concerning the service.
